I would give zero stars if possible. I’ve been seeing Dr. Jackel for 15 years and for the last five it feels like he has been asleep at the wheel. I feel like he barely gave my care any thought. Finally I was so frustrated I asked him during an appointment why I keep getting so many migraines even though he has me on medication, and his response was “because you’re special”. I saw Jackel at his office many times seeking care for unexplained seizures I was having. He failed to diagnose or treat an obvious case. For 10 years I had seizures. Dr. Jackel, do you know what reflex epilepsy is?

When you are trying to reach his staff and you are a current patient who is gaveling a severe migraine you cannot reschedule a real person to talk to. I left 4 messages over an hour and a half ago and have not received a call back yet. I am in a lot of pain and have been working through his nurse the past couple of days but I cannot get her to call me now
Very please with the time and the care Dr. Jackel showed my mother-in-law. We had to wait an hour past our appointment time which is never ideal but we understand that’s to do with thorough care. Office staff communicated the delay to us, which makes a big difference!
