When you are trying to reach his staff and you are a current patient who is gaveling a severe migraine you cannot reschedule a real person to talk to. I left 4 messages over an hour and a half ago and have not received a call back yet. I am in a lot of pain and have been working through his nurse the past couple of days but I cannot get her to call me now
Very please with the time and the care Dr. Jackel showed my mother-in-law. We had to wait an hour past our appointment time which is never ideal but we understand that’s to do with thorough care. Office staff communicated the delay to us, which makes a big difference!
Don't know if the other reviewers are going to some other practice. Very nice staff who do confirm appointments and I just had them call to remind me to get my referral in with my primary. Dr. Jackel was very patient and listened to all I had to say and came up with options to fix my issues. I have had several appointments and I can say that he is very professional and not rude at all.
