Dr. Baghai is truly exceptional! She combines expert care with genuine compassion, and it shows in every interaction. The most incompetent dentist ive ever been to. Please avoid at all cost! She literally has one assistant helping her and her assistant does the work for her. She acts nice on the surface, but she always gives attitude if youre late by even a little bit. However, you're always waiting for over 15 minutes and she doesn't even apologize. She does a horrible and sloppy job with her work as a dentist. Most of these positive reviews are just from people who tend to give positive reviews in general.
I saw Dr. Baghai, and she treated jaw pain that my previous dentist overlooked and advised me against unnecessary wisdom teeth removals that would've cost at least $3000. She was very polite, informative, and made sure I understood what was wrong and what I need to do about it.
