I really appreciate Dr. Engle. She gives you time to ask questions, treats her patient with dignity, and has a good sense of humor!
I first checked in for a lab visit at 7:30am. And there was one person ahead of me. I received a notification that I had 11 minutes to get in and was not in before my primary care appointment of 8:20am to be followed by my cardiologist appointment of 9am. Because I couldn't get in before 8am to lab even though I arrived before 7:30 I was late to my cardiologist appointment. This was annoying since I was second in line and there were 2 lab technicians.
I was very put off by the woman who registered me, she was disrespectful and treated me like a child. Otherwise, Dr. Engle and her nurse were great. Both very helpful, polite and respectful!
I needed some blood work and could be serviced right away. Saves time and effort having the lab in house. Good job
Other than the receptionist everyone was very pleasant!
Dr. Engle and the entire staff have always treated me very well, answered all my questions, and put my mind at ease. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Everyone was very nice and through except one young lady at the front desk who barked at me for not being their 20 minutes early..I was there 11 minutes before my appointment time..yet I did not receive or was told at the time I scheduled my appointment that same day. I apologized to nurse if I threw off their schedule , but was told my timing was good. There is no need for one to be embarrassed and made to feel terrible. Amazing fast test results
Yes, I liked my visit. It was a new doctor, but I appreciate the how conscientious the staff was. I got some referrals to follow up on some test. I'm waiting for the numbers and addresses to go to those so I can get my physical completed. I appreciate all the help that they've been giving me.
