Dr Lavinia provided exceptional care while in the ER. I would recommend him to anyone.
I paid all that I owed before my surgery. My insurance paid Levine (Anesthesia Unlimited) for everything that was billed. My insurance said I owed nothing. I get calls from a collections agency months later saying I owed over $2K. They charged twice for services and were asking me for the erroneous extra amount. They changed systems and my bill is apparently in the "old system". The office manager would do nothing about it.
