I was told after two hour drive (from NLR) $150 self pay and an hour in the waiting room, "we don't see personal injury patients." If all of that isn't bad enough, they were SO RUDE. Actually , the girl at the front desk was rude before this was ever even brought to my attention, bc I had to ask questions. She didn't know the answers. I am a patient that was referred by my PCP. I have had my second visit with Dr. Hardy and his front staff have been very kind and helpful. He is one of the most compassionate and kind doctors that I have encountered in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and trust me I have had more than my share of doctor experiences. He really cares about what’s going on with you and is willing to listen and go the extra mile. I would highly recommend him if you have anything going on in his area of expertise.
I would give a negative star if it was an option! Horrible place for anyone who truly needs help and kindness! A lot of hateful rude people! I don’t recommend them to anyone!
