I had braces with Dr. Fiore when I was in my early 20's,but I made the mistake of breaking my retainer during a busy time in my life and never called to come in—big lesson learned! Years later, I returned for a second round of treatment, and I can’t say enough about the excellent care I’ve received. Dr. Fiore and his wonderful team took great care of me all over again, making the process smooth and positive - without any judgment. I had to come in for a broken elastic while I was visiting Guelph. Dr. Fiore checked me out and replaced my elastic free of charge. Would absolutely recommend this office, thank you.
I went for a consultation with my daughter today. We were both nervous and giddy. But we were greeted warmly by the receptionists and had such a beautiful, inviting consultation that we were sold before even meeting Dr. Fiore. He explained everything to not just me, but also to my 10-year-old daughter, who left so excited to lose her last baby tooth so she could return. I'm looking forward to our secondary meeting in the fall and helping her resolve her concerns in a secure and friendly setting!! 😊
This place is great. Dr. Fiore is awesome and the whole staff is great, especially Lori. They talked me through the whole process of braces and I am much more comfortable than I originally was. Thanks to the whole team! Update: I am a few months into my treatment and every time I go for an appointment they are so friendly and do a great job!
