Dr. Butter and her team are wonderful. They did a cleaning and whitening. The cleaning was so fast and so thorough and they walked me through every step of whitening. They truly made me feel so comfortable and I am SO happy with my results. I’m so grateful to have found a wonderful dentist in the neighborhood.
I had a cleaning with Dr. Butter. They said it was going to be covered by the insurance and now they are trying to bill me the full amount. SCAM. Do not recommend this place.
From my very first phone call, Renata at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. She truly listened to my concerns and got me in for an appointment right away. WIll never visit her again. She always charged extra at the end of the visits. Her staff damaged my teeth during th cleaning and instead of helpming me fix it, she charged me extra without solving the problems.
I used to hate the dentist. HATE! Then I found Dr. Butter's office through a recommendation and now I'm somehow... I'm fine with it? She's patient, kind, and gentle in a way that makes me suspect she moonlights as a therapist. And her hygienist (whose name I somehow still don't know despite multiple visits) is suspiciously thorough. I have NEVER had anyone clean my teeth the way she does 13/10! I would recommend the practice to anyone who's ever dreaded that chair or even better want a damn good practice.
