I felt confident of her knowledge and expertise. She answered my questions and I liked that she was no-nonsense. She had a dry sense of humor. I will go back next year!
Quality and thoroughness are high, but she is always running behind schedule and always seems frantic. Entry desk staff could use a course in customer service and communication, and have some attitude problems.
