Dr. Jackson and her colleague (who is another doctor) are thorough; concerned; caring; took time with my son asking questions so that they could make sure that he was in good health mentally and physically. My son has been going to Dr. Jackson since a baby and now he is 17 years old.

The front desk is very rude.. Dr Jackson will lose all of her patients if she doesn’t replace front desk staff .... when you call for an appointment its almost as if you are begging them for a favor! I hate this place.. long wait is even worst!

I never actually met the doctor. My son was seen by assistants each time. We scheduled a visit for a PPD. After waiting 40 minutes past our appointment time, we were told they ran out of the shot and we'd have to come back. Our appointment was incorrectly scheduled as a follow-up instead of a vaccine and they incorrectly filled out his medical forms indicating he had allergies that he does not infact have. The staff is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. The doctor is just absent.
