Rose and her receptionist Maria are lovely and very professional. Have had a few biopsies and very happy with my care.

I saw Dr Mak last year for a trivial issue (a blind pimple beneath my eye that would not heal, and was causing a lot of very painful swelling next to my nose) that was nonetheless causing me quite a lot of pain. terrible experience.. receptionist was very friendly but can’t say the same for dr rose. first of all she came in late which is understandable but she looked very unprofessional. I explained my problem which was acne and my history w medication and she straight up replied like a detailed chatgpt essay about what acne is, then proceeded to tell me 2 treatment options and told me to pick.
