Messed up my first hand surgery. Techs wrapped my hand to tight and cause circulatory issues. Next week they wrapped it with anti bacterial pads and wasn’t seen for 2 weeks, when I finally retired my hand was badly macerated.. internal stature ended up tearing and rejected its self. Had to have the whole surgery all over again
Doesn’t seem interested in healing a patient, more about taking an easy way out for himself. Disappointing as could be.
Was able to call and get a same-day appointment when a suture that another physician had done during a surgery became infected. Had a minimal wait-time and all staff was very reassuring and explained the reason for the infection. Scheduled a follow-up appointment right away to make sure the suture was healing properly. If you are looking for hand-holding or a warm experience, this isn't it. But, he knows his stuff and was able to fix the situation that another hospital had caused.
Dr. Ippolito showed true concern for my issue. He explained the course of action clearly and followed up consistently. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
HORRIBLE! Had two appointments, waited over 4.5 HOURS, saw the Doctor for maybe 60 seconds when he walk in the room on the second visit. Because the nurse hadn't undressed my hand after 1.5 hours, the doctor didn't stay in the room or even address me.
He doesn't communicate or tell you what is happening in follow-up visits. He doesn't talk to you much at all following the surgery. He does not seem to care.
Treats patients like meat high volume practice mostly workers compensation cases arrogant rushed sessions loves to inject you with cortisone an then charge the insurance for pain assesed management he just cares about the $$$$$$ after surgery you are an inconvenience to his business he has a line of meat that he has to cut through that's where the big bucks are my hand feels worst and ge won't even lusten or ask how i feel ... Dr you are an arrogant selfish bozzo
