Hi, I had the worst experience here 2/19/18 first my appt was 10:30am waited 21/2 hours before I got in. The specialist was a black lady. Very cold. Never explains anything before she began no eye contact to the patient at all. I received 3 needles waited 20 minutes to numb gums. Ok she returns with her assistance, at this moment I have no info on what’s next ok I had to ask to find out & the assist Dr told me while she in my mouth OMG.
