Staff if very Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and very professional!
want to share a recent experience from this clinic - first off - hats off to the doctor for level of expertise they bring to all the patients. everytime the check up is done thoroughly and doctor is professional. HOWEVER, if there is one thing that this clinic can improve - GET RIT OF THE RECEPTIONIST! As much as this is a medical practice, customer service experience remains critical on how patient views their visits. Dr. Rosanna Chui is a very kind, caring, professional, and knowledgeable optometrist. I learn so much about my eyes at every appointment 🙂 The front desk staff are also very patient and communicative. Highly recommend this clinic!
My entire family — from grandparents to toddlers — has been seeing Dr. Jeff Lu for years. He is exceptionally patient and gentle with kids, and clearly knows his craft. He has caught important issues early, explains them in a way we understand, and because he’s so well-connected in the field, he’s able to point us to the right specialists quickly when needed. We feel very cared for and very safe in his hands. Highly recommend.
