Thank you to Dr. Chui and the reception team for making sure my parents feel taken care of. Dr. Chui is an excellent optometrist and I appreciate how she takes the time to educate patients in a friendly, easy to understand, and professional manner. Highly recommend !

want to share a recent experience from this clinic - first off - hats off to the doctor for level of expertise they bring to all the patients. everytime the check up is done thoroughly and doctor is professional. HOWEVER, if there is one thing that this clinic can improve - GET RIT OF THE RECEPTIONIST! As much as this is a medical practice, customer service experience remains critical on how patient views their visits. Dr. Rosanna Chui is a very kind, caring, professional, and knowledgeable optometrist. I learn so much about my eyes at every appointment 🙂 The front desk staff are also very patient and communicative. Highly recommend this clinic!
