Tried to charge me $50.00 for a missed appointment. My daughter had an unforeseen illness and had to go to urgent care on the same day as a scheduled routine cleaning. I called, first thing in the morning the day of and was told it was no big deal, we could just reschedule. When we brought her back for the rescheduled appointment, we were told we would have to pay $50.00 for not providing 48 hrs. notice for the missed appointment. Will not be returning here ever again.
