After a series of shots and visits I've had no successful results for my back pain .. There is no communication with Dr Navarro and her patients..or opinions ftom her after injections !!! Strange to say the least.....Christopher Vargis does her follow up with patients..during this time he suggests other procedures available... I have never dealt with a doctor in my life who didn't address a patient's treatment or concern for they're condition...strange set up ???
This office is very unprofessional, My appointment was scheduled at 7:30am the staff was late. I waited 2 hours and Dr. Navarro never came into the room. Being in the healthcare field myself this was upsetting to me. Then one staff member had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment, I’ll never go back to that office.
