This is a Minus 0 review!!! I will not be returning to see Dr. Choi. She is in dire need of sensitivity training. She has an agenda & it is not what is best for the patient. To put it in layman's terms, she is a bully! She does not listen, or let you state your concerns. It appears her only concern is how much $$$$ she can make, not the care or concern of the patient. She is a good candidate for physician in a women's prison. She is sub-standard in every respect. I have 0 trust and 0 respect
Overall this was a bad experience and I will not be going back! Horrendous scheduling of appointments, the actual appointment was so quick that nothing was explained properly, I left with no new information, and I didn't even know the appointment had ended! I am not satisfied at all and am actually mad my insurance companies will be paying for this appointment.
Here we go, another negative review for Dr. Choi. Incredibly arrogant, rude. Never listens to what you, patient or a relative has to say. Never lets you finish the sentence. Demanding and pushy, not in a nice way. Not sure of her professionalism, but for sure we are not going back to her. I wish there was a non star review.
Dr Choi is an excellent surgeon with excellent education, training and experience.
To say she was incredibly rude and condescending is putting it very nicely!
