This review is solely on the communication with this office - not the doctors practice. Dr Penaloza is great. Communication with this office is very poor. I have called the office several times within the last 4 weeks to schedule an appointment, left voicemails and have yet to receive a call back. Recently tried 3 more times but now the voicemail is full.
