Both doctors are life savers. I truly believe they saved me from long term health damage when my own insurance company was giving hard time to me and them. They are God sent. Best doctor's by far in my opinion. They genuinely care about their patients. Personal care is like no other. They are the only thing I miss about living in Georgia.
They don't care about the health of their patients. They sent my dad out with a critically low blood pressure and didn't even tell him to go the hospital . Thank God we were smart enough to take him he had to stay for almost a month and is better now but what if we didn't know ? and then they unprescribe medications that could be dangerous to just quit. With no logical reasoning . I think the way they run their practice is unprofessional and unsympathetic to the patients
I’m a former patient as of today for Dr Roopal Desail. I came in the office today to discuss the side effects of the BP medicine she prescribed for me. It has been causing me chest pains, weight gain and also i found out online that the medication (Valsartan) has a recall on it! She started out with a very negative disrespectful tone.
