First Rate! Dylan gave us a complete inspection of the roof and its issues. (We had it replaced last year with another contractor and found the old materials were reused, not enough vents were installed, and rotten plywood was simply shingled over). The old contractor also shingled over the roof of our mudroom, which was a flat roof, this was too was done incorrectly. This was remedied by the Dylan's crew, it is now done properly and correct.
