Too bad zero or less isn't an option for this man. I arrived by ambulance in pain & barely able to breath at S Baldwin Reginal Medical Cntr in 2022 where Dr. Sims was working. I was by myself and I requested they wait to insert an IV for drugs until after I was X-rayed so I could make sound decisions for myself. Dr. Sims abruptly decided my request was refusing treatment and walked out of my ER room, instructing the nurses to release me.
