I have been seeing Dr Cyzner since 2019. I appreciate his concern and his listening contently to symptoms or issues I may be going through. I also appreciate his professional bedside manner. It's nice to visit a specialist for once and not feel like they're rushing you in and out. I feel it he is also very thorough and considers the overall picture and not just a part of your gastro problems.
Dr. Cyzner was an exceptional graston doc. He is very, very smart, professional, and had a great sense of humor. I even recommended him for my adult son and he loved him, soo! Got to the bottom of a complex issue so very methodically and professionally. Thank you Dr. Cyzner! You're the best!!!
Dr. Cyzner was the complete opposite of reassuring. I feel that he did not listen to me regarding my symptoms or experiences. He interrupted me, talked down to me and my husband, and brushed off my concerns. I have had life altering symptoms that did not seem to concern or worry him. In fact, these concerns were met with a glib response from Dr. Cyzner despite my obvious distress. As a retired educator, Dr. Cyzner gets ZERO stars... an “F!” I called the office after hours...on a Saturday. Dr. Cyzner was on call for my GI doctor, Dr. Steven Deal (THE BEST GI DOCTOR!!). When Dr. Cyzner called me, he acted as if I were interrupting something...a bother. He called me from a hospital... maybe I interrupted a surgery???? Dr Cyzner is very professional and compassionate at what he does.
I have been a patient of Dr. Cyzner for over 10 years. Luckily, recently he found a major problem for which I am now having various tests and checkups by other specialists. He personally informed me and has followed up continually. I respect him and place great faith in his caring responsibility. THANX VERY MUCH.
He was friendly. He told us what he was going to do. He removed gall stones from my daughter. The procedure did not take very long period he came into the waiting room after he was finished and showed us pictures and explain to us what he did.
His care has made a world of difference in my quality of life.
