A doctor who makes me happy, I found a physician that cares and and has a caring disposition. Always listens makes suggestions and follows with a workable care plan. The doctor is professional with a smile and that goes a long way to help make me comfortable. I've been her patient for endocrinology for past year and by far she is way way better than anyone I've had before - mainly because she listened and gave me more than 2 minutes for initial consultation she literally spent 15 minutes with me - definitely not an assembly ... read more

I saw Dr. Rong only a couple times before I had to find a new endo. Unfortunately she has an extreme thick language barrier and wears a mask which makes it even harder to understand. She would have to show me words on screen or write it down as I had no clue what she was saying. She is very dry and straight to point and I dont think she even cracked a smile once which is sometimes comforting from a dr. She might be nice but unfortuantely its hard to tell. I was in Dr. Guo’s care for less than a year. On my first visit I found her extremely rude. Second visit she warmed up. Third visit, I could not understand her. For fourth visit I asked for MA to be present w/me as Physician accent hard to understand due to my hearing problems. Dr Guo dismissed me from her care with that request. She left me without care while on high doses of medication & offering NOTHING in the way of transition to another doctor. I would not recommend her.
