I have been a patient of doctor Lu's for the last few years, and I am a big fan! The office itself and the way it is run is a little less formal, and they typically treat Chinese patients (it's in Chinatown), but I always feel welcome when I am there. Dr. Lu is one of the most ethical, empathetic, and direct (yet friendly) dentists I've ever worked with. I’m disappointed I have to write a review about this practice. I’m writing it on behalf of my partner who has been a patient of this practice for several years. Not only have they canceled some of his visits and not offered to reschedule them but made us wait 7 weeks for information on whether or not he could do a procedure. He called multiple times and they never returned his call. Eventually, I had to call and let them know who I was and ask what was going on.
