i have been a patient of Dr Adam McDowell for the past 7 years. Dr McDowell is a responsive, caring doc whose treatment style is conservative yet attentive. When we are sick, he sees us right away: same day, often in less than an hour. He explains everything to me about problems and treatment. I have been taking our 3 kids to see Dr Rhonda McDowell and Dr Dutton for years. They are compassionate, knowledgable and pleasant. And their office staff have always been caring and responsive. Very friendly staff and doctors. I am a medical courier and interact with them every day to pick up specimens, so I see the good days and the bad. They are professional and friendly every day. It is important when reading these reviews to understand some people are not equipped to handle being questioned or told what to do in any capacity - especially when stressed from dealing with an ill child. So, take the hateful reviews with a grain of salt and don't hesitate to use this facility.
Dr. Adam is a great Dr. however, his office staff is rude and inconsiderate. I would recemend that they find better office people that treat you right. The lady (after the way I was treated is lucky I call her a lady) is very condisending and extremely rude to not only the patience but to the other lady in the office. I am so dissapointed in their professionalism I am going recomend any one considering this place to think again. Again the Docs are great but getting to them doesn't seem worth it to have to deal with the rude ... read more
