Amazing doctor......
Dr Rook saved my husband's life.
Dr. Rook was amazing however the office is very unprofessional. They do not have any procedures in place to track patient orders, auths or other important information. It took me 4 weeks to get an MRI scheduled only to have to cancel it because the office did not initiate the auth they also didn't notify me that one was not obtained. They of course blamed someone else. I now have to look for a new ortho doctor and start all over again because I do not feel comfortable allowing them to handle my ortho needs.
Make sure to get a copy of your MRI disc and the report from the radiology department that you went to. Review your report findings carefully. Get a second opinion from another specialist. Know that every bit of information matters because your life maters just as much as anyone else's.
