Dr. Rook and his entire staff are great. I’ve been with them for the last 12 or so years, dealing with various knee developments. My first procedure was an arthroscopic left knee and it has been great since. Last week, Dr. Rook did a total right knee replacement. This was my first visit, right from the start the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a short wait in the waiting room, once they called me back everything kept moving. Dr. Rook was very nice and took the time to explain the issue with my knee in terms that I could understand. I’m so happy I made the choice to get a second opinion 😊
Dr Rook was referred to me by a great friend and marathoner. I have been very pleased with his kindness, professionalism, friendly approach and knowledge. So glad to call him “my” doctor!
