I generally feel like I have received poor quality of care at this clinic. While I have nothing bad to say about the front desk receptionists, who have always been incredibly kind and helpful whenever I’ve called for information or follow ups, my experience with the nurse practitioners has felt somewhat corporatized, impersonal, and lacking in personal touch and understanding. My girlfriend broke a tooth and was hurting bad. Doc hooked us up like a tow truck, and we had never even been there before. Less than an hour later she was all fixed and ready to go. This is where we go from now on!
One of my worst fears is going to the dentist. This establishment made my fears go away by the kindness and care of the employees. The Receptionist, The Hygienist and the dentist are all super wonderful and make you feel welcomed. I had some pretty bad news for my teeth and they were very caring on how we should resolve the issues. Any questions you have can be answered, I feel so comfortable asking any types of questions to all of the employees. Definitely would recommend to anyone
Everything from the receptionist when you walk in to the dental workers in the back and the Doctor are absolutely excellent. they're kind, they're patient, they're thorough. they explain every step. I couldn't recommend them more highly
5 stars for the doctors, and nurses from both medical and dental. 0 stars for the receptionists.
