Front desk lady was rude at first and then after I was seen by the Dr she got polite.
The dental staff are great! Very knowledgeable and kind.
The worst dental care I have ever received in my entire life! The staff from the front desk, dentist, and Management are not an aligned team that help people at all! Don’t waste your time and money here!
I generally feel like I have received poor quality of care at this clinic. While I have nothing bad to say about the front desk receptionists, who have always been incredibly kind and helpful whenever I’ve called for information or follow ups, my experience with the nurse practitioners has felt somewhat corporatized, impersonal, and lacking in personal touch and understanding.
