Receptionist told me I needed to see a doctor about my symptoms therefore stating that this Dr. Ron isn't a doctor. The worst telephone customer service and care I've ever experienced. She raised her voice because SHE couldn't answer my question. The question isn't for you ma'am of course you don't the answer, you aren't an allergist! And she is claiming he isn't one.
