The doctor was very impersonal. He hardly greeted me. He was more concentrated on the computer than on me. I waited for over 20 minutes after the nurse took my vitals before the doctor came in. He could use some coaching in doctor-patient relations
Dr. Pohlman was very professional, caring, and nice. He listened to my concerns and he was very thorough. My blood pressure taken by the MA was high because we had just had a discussion in which I felt there was an attitude given off that was uncalled for. Before the end of my appointment with Dr. Pohlman he asked if I had any questions or if there was anything else I needed. He asked about my high blood pressure and wanted to check it himself. Discussion was to the point and the prescription was available within an hour.
Always professional and courteous.
Communication is not that great between Dr., Patient, and nurse.
Dr. Pohlman and his nurse were efficient and effective and treated me well!
Nothing in particular at this time. I have been coming here when I am around for a good many years.
