Some of the staff just going thru the motions. I worked in health care for 44 years. I know it can be difficult to appear joyful, especially when busy as these staff members were the day I was seen. Remember most patients aren't excited to be there either.
Dr Pohlman is always Very thorough and even if I have follow-up questions he responds to the my chart message quickly and I'm not sure what role has but she did an excellent job on getting me an appointment for the video visit so kudos to all

Dr. Pohlman always gives me the information that I need. I was late for a morning Appointment. I thought my appt. was for near noon but it was for 11:15. I arrived at 11:25 And the gal took a long time to check in the fellow before me due to insurance etc. So By the time I got to the window it was 11:30 and they could not take me. She said she Would check with the "girls" or maybe the doctor. I know they did not check with the doctor. Schedule another appointment and it was for 3:30 in the afternoon. I had a follow-up question after my appointment and left a message on the nurse line. No one got back to me.
I'm an older male and I've been seeing Dr. Pohlman for several years. Ron is a bright, compassionate, and understanding doctor. We have straight forward medical conversations and he is up to date on the latest medical research.
I've been going to Dr. Pohlman for over 10 years. He is a good guy and a "by the book" physician. I can say this because I am a physician myself. He is a quiet guy by nature, so not much small talk. I personally like the low key experience - just the facts and get the job done right. I could go to anybody, but I stick with Ron because I am most comfortable here.
