PROCEED WITH CAUTION WITH R. TODD PLOTT!!! March 2025 visit for a routine procedure on my finger. The provider entered the room without introducing himself and immediately brought up an unrelated concern about my face before addressing why I was there. The entire visit lasted less than 10 minutes. Consent was obtained via iPad with no verbal explanation of risks or alternatives — nothing was discussed before the procedure began.
