Dr. Gruber did an amazing job correcting a previous botched nose job. It wasn't an easy fix but he managed to give me the results I was looking for. I hated having my picture taken before the surgery but now I don't mind smiling for the camera. Thanks Dr. Gruber!

I was not logged on when I submitted my poor rating (1 star) of Dr. Gruber on Feb. 24 2015 so I can't change it but I would like to revise my opinion at this point by saying that Dr. Gruber does care about his patients and tries to the best of his ability to deliver a good result. My case was extremely difficult and I don't think any Dr. could of given me a better result. I should not have risked the surgery at all but was desperate for an improvement so if I could remove the previous rating of him I would.
Its been almost 4 years since my revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Gruber. My nose is collapsed on both sides, crooked and the right alar and nostril are collapsed. He was so aggressive in his surgery that my nose is too damaged and scarred to be repaired. I am always in pain now emotionally and physically.
HANDS DOWN BEST NOSE REVISION DR IN USA!!! Even difficult issues causes by previous botched surgeries that require lengthening of the nose!!!
I had posted previously but my comment wass not included. First, I admit my case was very complex and it was a rib graft revision and my nose did come out much worse. I fault Dr. Gruber with making a very poor decision in taking my case and not carefully reviewing all the reports before he operated on me. He just jumped right in and kept assuring me I would be happy with the results. Either he just wanted my money or he wear rose-colored glasses.
