I-693 If you're looking for a straight forward Civil Surgeon required by USCIS to process your I-693. COME HERE!!. Doctor and Nurse are straight forward, forms are processed on thesame day (if not busy) or within 24hrs. Vax are administered in house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 5 STARS!!!

I am very happy about the service provided, the Doctor is very thorough and knowledgeable. I requested a letter to be written on my behalf honestly not expecting much but I was given service that was above and beyond within the same day. I was seen for an existing condition and the Doctor was very speedy about getting me referred to somewhere for treatment, again in the same day! I am giving a five star review and recommending this to all military dependents, they do accept Tricare! Thank You, My Family DOC!
From the receptionist to the doctor, everything was EXCELLENT. I Highly recommend them for the Immigration Physicals. Everything was clearly explained, and since I have all the documents needed, I was able to obtain the I-693 on the same day I visited them. Amazing staff and thank you Dr. Ronald Nino Perez.
