Don’t go to Farmingdale location staff is very rude . No parking very long wait . Staff is so unfriendly not helpful Westbury location is amazing staff is so friendly so helpful so accommodating plenty of parking I highly recommend the Westbury office all the doctors are wonderful the staff in Farmingdale is awful
