I have been a patient of Dr. Zohner's for over 12 years. He has treated me, as well as other members of my family. He listens carefully and is very skilled at his recommendations. I am very grateful for the professional help that he has given my family! I have also had a great experience with those in his office. They remind me before each appointment. I have had to reschedule a few times and they helped accommodate my schedule.
His staff is terrible. Called 24 hours in advance on Friday at 2:00 to cancel appointment for following Monday afternoon at 3:30. Receptionist said that they were going to drop me for not calling 24 hours in advance. I reminded her that I was calling ahead and she said that since they were not seeing patients Monday morning that it wasn't 24 hours advance. I started crying and begged for her not to drop me, the receptionist then asked me if I was crying in front of an audience. She was so cruel.
