Wonderful Experience – I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Raines. He thoroughly evaluated my condition. He seems to be very knowledgeable, and shares the information in an understandable manner. I've also found his receptionist, George, to be very friendly and efficient. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Raines.
Go elsewhere – If I could give the phone receptionist zero stars on this review, I WOULD! I am USAF member and have lived in 6 different countries, and she by far had the worst customer service I have ever recieved. Her service is so bad, it made me not want to go to this establishment. If the phone etiquette was this poor, no telling what the service was like if they would keep a member like this on staff. Especially for a Pulmonolgy clinic.
