Watch out the person who does billing, her name is Maria, check with your insurance as she will charge you more. Also the services from the Dentist were questionable, had a very bad experience.
I moved here from NYC and was worried about finding a dentist. A friend recommended Dr Katz. I am 72 years old and he is the best dentist I have ever had. Along with his excellent team I get the best care. Thank you Dr. Katz.
Very bad business practice from Maria. Didn’t say my insurance was out of network at the time of my visit. Maria said they “accept” my insurance when I asked. Had to find out after all the work was done that my benefit was billed out of network without contract pricing. Maybe it’s on me to know my insurance, but Maria was very well aware and intentionally misled me.
Maria and the hygienist could be more professional but dr Katz is very good dentist
