Went to Dr. Higginbotham on several recommendations for a aviation medical exam. Quick and to the point. Just like a good medical exam should be. I will be using him as my primary for my yearly medical exams from now on.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
