I’ve been a patient of Dr. Krebs for over 10 years and I don’t know how they have anything less than 5 stars. This is my second time writing them a 5/5 star review because he and his team are phenomenal. Both Dr. Krebs and his receptionist, Judy are incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Dr. Krebs is knowledgeable, thorough, and never makes you feel rushed. I LOVE going to Dr. Krebs office. From the moment I walk in I am welcomed with positivity all thanks to Judy! Dr. Krebs is so lovely and seems to really care about his patients. He recently provided an eye exam for my infant son , and he did so with such patience, making the whole appointment stress free! Thank you !
Dr. Krebs was suggested to me when I moved here 13 years ago. BEST recommendation as four of my five family members wear glasses. We have never had a bad experience. If I need new glasses, I do not think about choosing a pair until it passes Judy’s inspection! I am so grateful for her guidance when I choose glasses. This is the best optometrist office around! Dr Krebs and his staff are amazing! He spends as much time as required with you, never rushes you out and gives you excellent service! I’ve had excellent service ordering glasses and contacts. If there is an issue, they are always happy to rectify the problem! 5 stars for sure!
I was recently at my last appt this month and forgot to write my review, so here I am. I was SHOCKED to see a review, just previous to mine SO NEGATIVE, stating; they have to book appointments months out, than to find out those appts are abruptly cancelled! It also stated one can't depend on them to order contacts and you have to resort to ordering them yourself?
