Buyer beware. Had some work done and at the time Dr. Evans said that I had a crack in my crown and he said we need to get that replaced. Didn’t think much of it and sure enough a year later the crown cracked. Called Dr. Evans and he doesn’t return my phone calls emails or any other communication I may have tried. Highly recommend searching elsewhere. He also billed my insurance for work that was not done or completed.
