Dr. Rosenbaum is one of the best dentist I have ever been to. I highly recommend him for any dental procedure anyone in your famiy needs. Also Dr Rosenbaum is a friend to the community helping elderly low income patients as well as training for up and coming future dentist. Very friendly and patient and has excellent staff using modern technology. Highly recommended
I went to this doctor for my sleep issues after getting his referral, but the whole experience was a mess. His staff pushed me to use VA insurance instead of my actual one, and it's been nearly a month with zero follow-up. I've called multiple times-no callbacks, no help. They completely neglected my needs, which feels unprofessional. Don't waste your time here; find another doctor.
Professional and great personality
I’m deeply disappointed and frustrated with this place. I paid $500 for a dental treatment that was never done, and months have passed without any solution. They stopped answering my emails completely, and I feel ignored and disrespected. It’s heartbreaking to trust a business with something as important as your health and be treated this way. They took my money and never provided the service I paid for. Please, be careful before going here, no one deserves to go through this experience.
