I hate leaving negative reviews. I went to this office a few months ago to get fitted for a dental appliance for sleep apnea. I was told they would get back to me I was already told my insurance would cover it. I must have left 5 messages nobody ever got back to follow up with me. If people take the time out of the day at least follow up on what's the next step.... Or if their was an issue with insurance at least let me know .
The staff was great I been coming to this office for 20 plus years Dr R is so kind.to his patients.
Dr. Rosenbaum is one of the best dentist I have ever been to. I highly recommend him for any dental procedure anyone in your famiy needs. Also Dr Rosenbaum is a friend to the community helping elderly low income patients as well as training for up and coming future dentist. Very friendly and patient and has excellent staff using modern technology. Highly recommended
I went to this doctor for my sleep issues after getting his referral, but the whole experience was a mess. His staff pushed me to use VA insurance instead of my actual one, and it's been nearly a month with zero follow-up. I've called multiple times-no callbacks, no help. They completely neglected my needs, which feels unprofessional. Don't waste your time here; find another doctor.
