I have been going there since Dr. West opened his office. I called to cancel due to illness and was told I had to pay a 50.00 cancelation fee. Girl on the phone was extremely rude and very unkind. Im now looking elsewhere for my dental care.
Ron West destroyed my dental health. I told his staff about infections nobody listened. I have a root canal that was botched, and I have a dental implant in my mouth that is unserviceable because it points sideways at about 30 degrees, the other implant had to be removed because of infection. I have spent thousands repairing his "work" and I am looking at thousands of dollars more to redo or repair more of his work. The evidence is still in my mouth, I don't need documents to prove my case. Good Luck
Always great dental care service been here since he took over. He’s so kind and patient with me he seems to always have since of humor as well. Dr. West tries to give to best service that suits your needs.
