The doctor was very nice I really liked him
The eye exam done by Dr. Schnay was very thorough. He showed me the images of the inside of my eyes and explained what each thing was that he saw in my eyes. Best of all, he confirmed that I do NOT have macular degeneration, which was the best news I'd heard in a while! I only gave 4 stars because my appointment time was 4:00, but I didn't see the doctor until around 4:30 when he came out to the waiting area to put the drops in my eyes to dilate them. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for they eye drops to dilate my eyes... read more
This team has since retired and my review has changed company names. I do not recommend the current company and optometrist. The previous staff of Pearl Vision in the Bradley mall- Connie, Camille, and Dr. Cope did an excellent job and I enjoyed going in. They treated me very well. They were very friendly and helpful. Many years of experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, they always make me feel warm and welcome. Connie remembered me getting my first pair of glasses and even my grandfather (now passed) taking me.
