Huge appreciation post to Dr Chin for taking such amazing care of my son during his 3-hour operation. As a parent, nothing prepares you for the fear and worry you feel watching your child go into surgery. **EDITED*** So today I went to ENT local for the same issue, they said it was glaringly obvious what was wrong and treated me on the spot. So I essentially wasted $250 on Dr Ronald Chin. He also tried to upsell me on a septal deviation surgery even though it was totally not necessary and carries more risks than nasal cautery. Unfortunately Dr Chin does think he's God's gift to mankind. Talks very fast and over you. Dr Chin is very caring and compassionate. Our son has severe anxiety and a strong gag reflex and Dr Chin treated him with such kindness and patience and we got through the anxiety and my son has become very fond of the doctor! Surgery and aftercare went so well. Treated with respect and dignity the entire time. Only regret is not coming to see Dr Chin sooner for help!
