Unnecessarily elongated appointment. Almost an hour waiting to see the doctor and then waiting another 45 minutes for him to examine my ear and do a 1-minute procedure. Dr Chin is knowledgeable but has very little appetite to listen to the patient. Had I been able to explain at a one go the reason I came to see him the end to end appointment would have been 15 minutes.
