Nobody enjoys the prospect of going to see a consultant but Dr Chin was wonderful. Had a lovely manner about him, which made you feel comfortable and more importantly ‘seen & heard’. Was super friendly, cheerful, and really seemed to care about your health and wellbeing. Makes a huge different to the experience. There is abit of a waiting list to see him but for me it was worth the wait. I felt in safe hands from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend.
Absolutely a NO NO please No empathy & he thinks he knows everything. No briefing about surgery and the outcome.
My appreciation and experience with Prof Chin words can't explain enough. Ronald is thorough,efficient, very effective and experienced in his profession. Also Very friendly welcoming upfront straight to the point truly a God send and blessing to have a a surgeon. He takes time to explain doesn't take short cuts along with covering all avenues In my experience I would highly recommend and honestly say we are truly blessed to have him.
