I would NOT recommend Dr Chin/ ENT to anyone. No compassion or empathy. He spent a lot of time discussing non-clinical staff. During my mom's two appointments, he again talked about unrelated non-clinical topics, like his neutrality and no involvement with the hearing aid company. As a doctor, he lacks listening skills and empathy. He never truly listens and only demands to talk. I attended the clinic mainly due to a persistent throat condition. I found Dr Chin to be efficient in his clinical diagnosis for which he prescribed a conservative treatment over three months. I returned for a follow up appointment today and was encouraged to hear that my throat has vastly improved. He provided me with concrete strategies to avoid a relapse. Amazing bedside manner. Was a good visit for my son.
Went in for persistent lack of breathing through nose. Constantly blocked. He put a spray up my nose while talking about a beach in fiji and that our nose would be clear all the time if we stayed on the beach. Cool? The relevance- my nose has been blocked since i was 12 (im 21) now and that is related to the pollution in the air. $The spray made my throat feel tight but i couldnt breathe through both nostrils clearly for the 1st time in years.
