My daughter had a doctors appointment and understandably she was crying, upset and scared. This lady Stein says to my 18 month old daughter….”Seriously, why are you even crying.? No one is doing anything to you.” Mind you she wasn’t my daughter’s doctor and did not know why she was crying as if it needed to be justified. Super inappropriate and disrespectful on so many levels. She needs to learn how to speak to children. Will be reporting her.
Dr. Stein was my family Doctor growing up for me and my siblings. When my daughter was born, she gives her excellent care. She gives real answers and does not beat around the bush about a childs wellbeing. She reinforces good choices and gives ideas on others.
A very mean lady. She held my child down when the nurse came to give shot. Also the office is gross.
