Rude receptionist. Cannot say anything about the doctor, they didn't even allow me to book an appointment arguing that my insurance might not be covering. I have the money to pay for a consultation and then ask for a reimbursement, but not even that is valid. Complicated center.
I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Ron Trottier. His expertise and knowledge are impressive and he takes the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable manner. I had a great experience with him and his receptionist, Kate. I'd recommend this practice!
Dr. Trottier and his team are incredible. First visit the Doc takes his time to make sure that he gets the analysis right, and then presents his analysis in an easy understandable way. Wish all doctors would process in this way. After that, the therapy is very fast and efficient with little to now wait. Truly perfect experience.
Dr. Trottier is very knowledgeable, and in the matter of an hour, was able to alleviate pain in both my jaw and upper back that I’ve been experiencing for years! My whole visit was so efficient, and I’m already looking forward to going back.
