Dr Ahmad has a very calming presence about her and an openness that makes her easy to talk to.
Once the doctor arrived, she was attentive and answered the questions about my treatment. She didn't seem to care, however, that I had waited for more than 2 hours to see her.
Waiting is just not acceptable. My doctor provides excellent service and care.
