I've been seeing Dr Usman for over 20 years. She's honestly one of the most sincere, knowledgeable general practitioners I've ever met. And as a nurse of over 25 years.. I can highly recommend her.

The worst customer service. I had to call over 8 times just to get a response for a billing issue, even after they said after every call they would call me back the same week or next day (which they never did). Then I needed a referral renewal which they said they would email to me. I had to call 2x to actually get them to email it to me. When they did email it, it was the wrong referral. I've never seen such poor customer care. Dr. Usman is great but her customer care support have been a nightmare to work with
