I am on workers comp. I have been emailing and calling regarding paperwork I must have to return to work since November 7. It is now Monday November 24, my work coverage expired and I still am not able to return to work because of the form they have not returned. My job is now at risk. This is absolutely unacceptable to handle this this way. And it is impossible to get through or get any help with this issue.
