Most amazing office. Dr Rolston extremely thorough, taking whatever time necessary to explain and answer all questions, is a master diagnostician, very kind and helpful. His staff is equally excellent, return calls the same day, caring and competent. And a bonus......hard copy records and charts (!), personal attention other than computer, scheduling, etc.., as little technology as possible. In summary, the ethics, attention, and expertise as medicine used to be decades ago.
This is about my experiences at the office from 2019-2020. I had been going to Dr. Rolston's office for about a year to get shots to build allergy immunity. I liked how Dr. Rolston would explain how it worked and lay out the expected benefits/side effects. When covid-19 hit, I was pretty much done with my shots since I had improved a lot. At my final appointment, he spent almost the entire time talking about covid-19 vaccines instead of my allergy status. I really like Steele Rolston as a doctor. I will give him a 5. I have seen him for over 20 years and consider my allergies as good as they can be. My problem is his staff. They are rude and snippy. They need customer service training.
Dr. Rolston and his office are amazing. Dr. Rolston is the most well educated pulmonologist I have experienced. He explained everything to me so clearly and has helped me dramatically with my asthma and allergies. Dr. Rolston and his office are extremely professional but also personal. They can always answer any questions you have at any time. My family is forever grateful for Dr. Rolston and his staff.
