Doctor Otero is an amazing pediatrician. I was very pleased with him, but some of his front desk people should not be mowing grass let alone providing customer service. I had to go to another practice because of them. Someone needs to teach them some people skills or have them go work in a zoo instead. They might be better at it. Such a good doctor to have to work with staff like this.
Dr. Otero himself is amazing, but he has the worst staff any pediatric office can have. They are really rude and do not have any people skills. They never answer the phone. I switched doctors because of their staff, I am still waiting on Dr. Otero to give me a call, I am sure they never gave him the message, and he was the one that told me to give him a call. I also have a special needs child that they completely know nothing about specially the nurse practitioner she is the worst witch of all.
We loved Dr Otero the first few times we saw him. However at our last visit we were not allowed to see him or request him and I have a special needs child. This office bullied our daughters specialist and refused to let us contact Dr Otero. Today I received a termination letter in the mail and have not received my child’s physical forms. Additionally the Nurse gave my child 7 vaccines when we requested 3 at a time. When we asked when we could speak to Dr Otero we were told NO.
My experience in the office is super good and nice. All Staff and Dr.'s are super amazing , never had a complaint or issue with anyone at the office. BEST OFFICE EVER.
He is very compassionate towards kids, their health is his priority!
